The Wolf of Wall Street - Arrests in Kenya

Two movie vendors were arrested yesterday in Nakuru for selling the banned film The Wolf of Wall Street. In their possession was about 500 copies of the movie that they intended to distribute.
The Kenya Film Classification Board has banned the distribution, sale and exhibition of the film due to its vulgar nature.
The two vendors can be imprisoned for about five years or a fine of Ksh 100, 000 or both for violating the Section 12 of the Kenyan Film and Stage Plays Act.
There is a crackdown going on for unrated and banned films in various parts of the country.
