The library is meant for serious purposes like reading, research among others but many people use it to the contrary. This is what some people do when they go to libraries.
1. Sleep

Many instead of studying go with their phones to the library and engage in very long chats, sending photos among other things. One always wonders if the fellas ever read anything at all.

Libraries that are digitally enhanced with computers and internet have this problem. This is where you find someone instead of researching on the internet about various intellectual information, they are engaged in watching porn from various sites. The browsing history in such computers holds this as true.
